Este manual foi elaborado para orientar todos os exportadores com relação à correta rotulagem dos produtos importados pela ST Importações Ltda. Essas orientações deverão ser adotadas e verificadas antes do envio das embalagens para conferência da ST Importações. Esse procedimento permitirá que as conferências de rotulagem sejam realizadas mais rapidamente, tornando o processo mais ágil.

Apesar desta página ter sido elaborada em duas línguas (português e inglês), a rotulagem dos produtos deve estar sempre em português.

CÓDIGOS EAN

Por exigência da legislação brasileira, os prefixos (3 primeiros números) dos códigos de barra deverão obrigatoriamente ser algum dos abaixo relacionados:

Todos os produtos importados pela ST Importações Ltda. devem ter as informações abaixo relacionadas:

PARÂMETROS COMUNS A TODOS OS PRODUTOS (PADRÃO)

Os seguintes parâmetros devem ser seguidos para todos os produtos:

* Sistema internacional de medidas
- A parte decimal do número deve ser sempre separada por vírgula e não com ponto como acontece na China e Estados Unidos (ex.: 2,0 - 3,5).

- Os números compostos por unidades de milhar, devem ser escritos com os algarismos separados em grupos de três, a contar da vírgula para a esquerda, com pontos separando esses grupos entre si (ex.: 1.000).
- As unidades de medida mm, cm, m, g e kg devem estar sempre em letras minúsculas, sem "s" para designação de plural ou ponto de abreviação.
- As unidades de medida ml e l são exceção, pois a letra L pode ser minúscula ou maiúscula, sempre que a letra "l" minúscula puder ser confundida com o número "1". A letra "m" deve ser sempre em minúsculo.

- Entre o número e a unidade de medida deve haver um espaço (correspondente a uma ou a meia letra).

* Altura da fonte na informação do tamanho do produto e/ou conteúdo da embalagem

Quando a indicação quantitativa não puder constar na vista principal, o tamanho dos caracteres utilizados deve ser, no mínimo, duas vezes superior ao estabelecido acima.

POLYBAG

Em todas as polybags e sacos plásticos que acompanham os produtos, devem ser impressas as frases abaixo. A frase deve ser impressa no próprio plástico.

* Produtos diversos

ATENÇÃO: Para evitar sufocamento, manter este saco plástico longe de crianças e bebês. Não usar este saco plástico em berços, camas, carrinhos e cercados.

A palavra ATENÇÃO deve ser legível e em letras maiúsculas de tamanho não inferior a 2 mm de altura.

* Brinquedos

ATENÇÃO! PARA EVITAR O PERIGO DE ASFIXIA, MANTER ESTA EMBALAGEM LONGE DO ALCANCE DAS CRIANÇAS.

A palavra ATENÇÃO, deve ter, no mínimo, 5mm de altura, estar em negrito e letras maiúsculas e as demais palavras devem ter, no mínimo, 3 mm de altura e estar em letras maiúsculas.

* Material escolar

ATENÇÃO! CONTÉM SACO PLÁSTICO QUE PODE PROVOCAR ASFIXIA. DESCARTAR O SACO PLÁSTICO ANTES DE ENTREGAR O MATERIAL ESCOLAR À CRIANÇA.

A palavra ATENÇÃO deve estar em negrito e ter, no mínimo, 3mm de altura, com letras maiúsculas e as demais palavras devem ter, no mínimo, 2 mm de altura e estar em letras maiúsculas.

SHIPPING MARKS

As shipping marks deverão seguir as instruções do manual disponibilizado neste link e, também, as abaixo relacionadas:

- Quando o item têm somente caixa master (sem inner) deve ser informado o número de peças UND, conforme mostra a página 12 do manual da caixa master.

- Quando o item têm caixa master e inner, na caixa master deve ser informado o número de peças UNC e na caixa inner, o número de peças UND, conforme mostrado na página 5 (caixa master) e pagina 8 (caixa inner) do manual da caixa master.

- Na caixa master, além do EAN do item, deve ser informado o código de barras identificador da caixa master, que deve ter 14 dígitos.

- Na caixa inner, além do EAN do item, deve ser informado o código de barras identificador da caixa master, que deve ter 13 dígitos.

- A descrição do item deve ser em português e, preferencialmente, a mesma utilizada na embalagem.

- A data de fabricação deve ser informada no formato dd/mm/aaaa ou dd/mm/aa.

- O peso bruto e líquido deve ser preenchido. Por exigência de Portaria do Inmetro, a parte decimal do número deve ser sempre separada por vírgula e a unidade de medida kg deve estar sempre em letras minúsculas, sem "s" para designação de plural ou ponto de abreviação.

- A foto do produto deve ser colocada na lateral da caixa master e da caixa inner.

BRINQUEDOS (EMBALAGEM)

Além da rotulagem comum à todos os produtos, é necessário incluir as seguintes informações:

data de fabricação ou número de lote
recomendação etária na frente da embalagem (ex.: 3+, +24m)
símbolo de restrição de idade na frente da embalagem
frase advertência idade (conforme rotulagem enviada pela ST)
selo Inmetro
composição (igual ao memorial descritivo)
conteúdo da embalagem

Favor notar que, por exigência da Portaria Inmetro 563/2016, as medidas e tamanhos da fonte devem ser os seguintes:

i. Selo Inmetro: mínimo 2,5 cm x 5,0 cm (a cor do selo depende da cor da embalagem e deve ser escolhido com orientação do OCP).

ii. Selo Inmetro (compacto): mínimo 2,0 cm x 2,0 cm (somente pode ser usado quando a embalagem é menor que 312 cm²).

iii. O símbolo de restrição de idade deve ter, no mínimo, 10mm de diâmetro e precisa estar na face mais visível da embalagem.

iv. As palavras ATENÇÃO, CUIDADO e ADVERTÊNCIA, devem ter, no mínimo, 5mm de altura, estar em negrito e letras maiúsculas e todas as demais frases e palavras devem ter, no mínimo, 2 mm de altura e estar em letras maiúsculas.

v. Na frase referente a saco plástico (ATENÇÃO! PARA EVITAR O PERIGO DE ASFIXIA, MANTER ESTA EMBALAGEM LONGE DO ALCANCE DAS CRIANÇAS), a palavra ATENÇÃO deve ter, no mínimo, 5 mm de altura, estar em negrito e letras maiúsculas e as demais frases e palavras devem ter, no mínimo, 3 mm de altura e estar em letras maiúsculas. Lembro que essa frase deve estar impressa, também, no saco plástico que acompanha o produto.

vi. A indicação etária deve estar informada na frente da embalagem e seguir o seguinte parâmetro:

a) embalagem até 30 000 mm², a letra deve ter tamanho mínimo de 3 mm.

b) embalagem de 30 000 mm² a 150 000 mm², a letra deve ter tamanho mínimo de 5 mm.

c) embalagem com tamanho acima de 150 000 mm², a letra deve ter tamanho mínimo de 8 mm.

vii. A altura da fonte na informação do conteúdo da embalagem ou tamanho do produto deve respeitar os parâmetros abaixo relacionados:

Quando a indicação quantitativa não puder constar na vista principal, o tamanho dos caracteres utilizados deve ser, no mínimo, duas vezes superior ao estabelecido acima.

viii. Todas as informações precisam estar visíveis ao consumidor no momento da compra, sem precisar abrir ou desmontar a embalagem.

ix. O não cumprimento desses requisitos pode acarretar em multa e/ou sanções administrativas pelos órgãos fiscalizadores, tais como manutenções da certificação em períodos menores.

MATERIAL ESCOLAR (EMBALAGEM)

Além da rotulagem comum à todos os produtos, é necessário incluir as seguintes informações:

frase advertência idade (conforme rotulagem enviada pela ST)
selo Inmetro
composição (igual ao memorial descritivo)
classificação etária (ex.: 6+)

Por exigência de Portaria do Inmetro, as medidas e tamanhos da fonte devem ser os seguintes:

i. A palavra ATENÇÃO deve estar em negrito e ter, no mínimo, 3mm de altura.

ii. O símbolo de restrição de idade deve ter, no mínimo, 10 mm de diâmetro, o círculo e o traço devem ser vermelhos sobre fundo branco e a indicação de faixa etária e contorno do rosto pretos.

iii. A classificação de faixa etária (ex.: 6+) deve ter, no mínimo 10mm de altura.

iv. O selo Inmetro, no modelo compacto, deve ter 20 mm x 20 mm e deve ser usado em embalagens com área inferior a 312 cm². Caso a embalagem seja maior do que 312 cm², o selo deve ser o normal (com no mínimo 50 mm de largura).

v. Nos itens que vêm em saco plástico, a frase ATENÇÃO! CONTÉM SACO PLÁSTICO QUE PODE PROVOCAR ASFIXIA. DESCARTAR O SACO PLÁSTICO ANTES DE ENTREGAR O MATERIAL ESCOLAR À CRIANÇA., deve ser impressa no saco plástico e na embalagem. A palavra ATENÇÃO deve estar em negrito e ter, no mínimo, 3 mm de altura e as demais frases e palavras devem ter, no mínimo, 2 mm de altura e todas as palavras em letras maiúsculas.

vi. A altura da fonte na informação do conteúdo da embalagem e do tamanho do produto deve respeitar os parâmetros abaixo relacionados:

PRODUTOS TÊXTEIS (EMBALAGEM)

Todos os produtos que têm mais de 80% de tecido em sua composição, devem seguir as instruções abaixo.

Além da rotulagem comum à todos os produtos, é necessário incluir as seguintes informações:

composição (em ordem decrescente de participação e com o % correspondente)
cuidados de conservação e limpeza
indicação de tamanho ou dimensão

Para artigos têxteis, a informação do país de origem deve estar no formato: “Feito no(a)” ou “Fabricado no(a)” seguida do país de origem.

Quando for vendido mais de um item na embalagem, acrescentar a frase: Não podem ser vendidos separadamente.

Os símbolos de cuidado de conservação e limpeza devem ser de acordo com a Norma ABNT NM ISO 3758 (para acessar os símbolos, clique aqui).
Os símbolos devem ser colocados em linha e a ordem dos símbolos deve ser: lavagem, alvejamento, secagem na máquina, passadoria e limpeza a seco profissional.
Caso seja incluída alternativa de secagem natural e limpeza a úmido profissional, estes devem ser colocados em linha com os demais símbolos e a ordem dos mesmos passa a ser: lavagem, alvejamento, secagem na máquina, secagem natural, passadoria, limpeza a seco profissional e limpeza a úmido profissional.

Quando todos os símbolos de conservação e limpeza forem declarados como não permitidos, é necessário informar que é "Produto descartável".

Favor notar que, por exigência de Portaria Inmetro 118/2021, devem ser observados os parâmetros abaixo nas embalagens e care labels de produtos têxteis:

i. A fonte de todos os dizeres deve ter, no mínimo, 2 mm de altura (considerando a letra minúscula).

ii. Os símbolos de conservação e limpeza deverão estar inscritos num quadrado imaginário de, no mínimo, 16 mm² de área e os símbolos adicionais (Cruz de Santo André, uma barra, dupla barra e pontos) não deverão ser levados em consideração no tamanho do símbolo, ou seja, não devem fazer parte do quadrado imaginário. Por segurança, recomendamos que os símbolos tenham, no mínimo, 36 mm² de área.

iii. O não cumprimento desses requisitos pode acarretar em multa e/ou sanções administrativas pelos órgãos fiscalizadores.

PRODUTOS TÊXTEIS (CARE LABEL)

A informação do país de origem deve estar no formato: “Feito no(a)” ou “Fabricado no(a)” seguida do país de origem.

Quando todos os símbolos de conservação e limpeza forem declarados como não permitidos, é necessário informar que é "Produto descartável".

Favor notar que, por exigência de Portaria Inmetro 118/2021, devem ser observados os parâmetros abaixo nas embalagens e care labels de produtos têxteis:

i. A fonte de todos os dizeres deve ter, no mínimo, 2 mm de altura (considerando a letra minúscula).

iii. O não cumprimento desses requisitos pode acarretar em multa e/ou sanções administrativas pelos órgãos fiscalizadores.

PANELAS E ASSADEIRAS (EMBALAGEM)

Além da rotulagem comum à todos os produtos, é necessário incluir as seguintes informações:

1. marca (igual à usada na certificação)
2. nome comercial do produto
3. referência
4. código EAN do item ou conjunto
5. selo Inmetro (se o produto não tiver antiaderente) ou selo de aderência (se o produto tiver andiaderente)
6. identificação do solicitante da certificação
7. identificação de lote (rastreabilidade do produto)
8. capacidade volumétrica ou diâmetro ou comprimento e largura
9. indicação de que o produto não pode sofrer modificações e que todas as peças somente devem ser substituídas por peças originais, além de orientações, sobre o que fazer em caso de necessidade de manutenção.
10. os utensílios devem ser fornecidos com instruções simples de entender, com recomendações para uso do utensílio com segurança.
11. para utensílios revestidos, além dos itens citados acima, incluir instruções quanto a limpeza e cuidados

Obs.1: Se o produto for vendido em conjunto e tiver antiaderente, o selo deve ser colocado apenas no produto e, na embalagem, deve ser colocada a frase:
Produto contém revestimento antiaderente com classificação = XXXXXX.
A (ótima)
B (boa)
C (fraca)
D (nenhuma)

Obs.2:Se as informações dos itens 9, 10 e 11 estiverem no manual de instruções, não precisam estar na embalagem.

Favor notar que, por exigência de Portaria Inmetro 419/2012, devem ser observados os parâmetros abaixo nas embalagens de panelas e similares:
i. O tamanho das letras e dos números na rotulagem não pode ser inferior a 2,0 mm (considerando a letra minúscula);
ii. O selo regular do Inmetro (usado quando o produto não tem antiaderente) precisa ter, no mínimo, 50 mm de largura;
iii. O selo de aderência (usado quando o produto têm antiaderente) precisa ter os parâmetros informados neste link.
iv. O selo do Inmetro (regular ou de aderência, de acordo com o item) deve ser colocado, obrigatoriamente, no produto.
v. Favor notar que a altura da fonte na informação do tamanho do produto deve respeitar os parâmetros abaixo relacionados:

UTILIDADES DOMÉSTICAS

Além da rotulagem comum à todos os produtos, é necessário incluir as seguintes informações:

1. Para utilidades domésticas em geral, é necessário informar se o produto pode ser lavado em lava-louças e usado no micro-ondas.

2. Para produtos que vão ao forno e/ou fogão (e aí se incluem os utensílios usados para cozinhar), é necessário informar a temperatura máxima suportada.

3. Para itens cujo tamanho influencie na decisão de compra (ex.: garrafas, canecas, tábuas de corte, bandejas, etc), é necessário informar o tamanho ou capacidade do produto.

ENGLISH

This manual has been made to assist all exporters regarding the correct labeling of products imported by ST Importações Ltda. These guidelines should be adopted and verified before sending the packing to our conference. This procedure will allow faster labeling conferences and turns the whole process more agile.

Although this manual has been prepared in two languages (Portuguese and English) the labeling of products should always be in Portuguese.

EAN CODES

As required by Brazilian legislation, the prefixes (3 first numbers) of the EAN codes must be any of the following:

COMMON PARAMETERS TO ALL PRODUCTS (STANDARD)

The following parameters must be followed for all products:

* International system of measures
- The decimal part of the number should always be separated by comma and not with a dot like in China and the United States (eg 2.0 - 3.5).

- The numbers composed of units of thousands, must be written with the digits separated in groups of three, counting from the comma to the left, with dots separating these groups from each other (eg: 1,000).
- The units of measurement mm, cm, m, g and kg must always be in lowercase letters, without dot as abbreviation or the letter "s" designating plural.
- The units of measurement ml and l are the exception, since the letter L can be lower case or upper case, whenever the lower case letter "l" can be mistaken for the number "1". The letter "m" should always be in lowercase.

When the quantitative indication cannot appear in the main view, the size of the characters used must be at least twice as large as that established above.

POLYBAG

In all polybags and plastic bags that comes with the products, the following phrases should be printed. The sentence should be printed on the plastic itself.

* Miscellaneous products

ATENÇÃO: Para evitar sufocamento, manter este saco plástico longe de crianças e bebês. Não usar este saco plástico em berços, camas, carrinhos e cercados.

The word "ATENÇÃO" shall be legible and in capital letters of a size not less than 2 mm height.

* Toys

ATENÇÃO! PARA EVITAR O PERIGO DE ASFIXIA, MANTER ESTA EMBALAGEM LONGE DO ALCANCE DAS CRIANÇAS.

The word "ATENÇÃO", must be at least 5mm height, be in bold and upper case letters and the other words must be at least 3mm height and be in capital letters.

* School supplies

ATENÇÃO! CONTÉM SACO PLÁSTICO QUE PODE PROVOCAR ASFIXIA. DESCARTAR O SACO PLÁSTICO ANTES DE ENTREGAR O MATERIAL ESCOLAR À CRIANÇA.

The word "ATENÇÃO" must be in bold letter and have at least 3mm height, with capital letters and the other words must be at least 2mm height and in capital letters.

SHIPPING MARKS

The shipping marks should follow the instructions in the manual provided at this link and also the ones listed below:

- When the item has only master box (without inner), you have to inform "Nº de peças UND", as shown on page 12 of the shipping marks manual.

- When the item has a master and an inner box, you have to inform "Nº de peças UNC" in the master box and "Nº de peças UND" in the inner box, as shown on page 5 (master box) and page 8 (inner box) of the shipping mark manual.

- In the master box, in addition to the EAN of the item, the bar code identifier of the master box, which must have 14 digits, must be entered.

- In the inner box, in addition to the item's EAN, the bar code identifier of the master box, which must have 13 digits, must be entered.

- The description of the item must be in Portuguese and the same used in the package.

- The date of manufacture must be informed in the format dd/mm/yyyy or dd/mm/yy.

- The gross and net weight must be filled in. Because of the Brazilian law, the decimal part of the number must be always separated with a comma, not a dot (example: 7,5 - 8,0) and the unit of measurement cm should always be in lowercase letters, without dot as abbreviation or the letter "s" designating plural.

- The product photo should be placed on the side of the master carton and inner box.

TOYS (PACKAGE)

In addition to the common labeling for all products, the following information must be included:

date of manufacture or lot number
age recomendation in front of the package (eg.: 3+, +24m)
age restrictive symbol in front of the package
warning phrases (as the labeling sent by ST)
Inmetro seal
raw material (same as the memorial file)
package content

Please note that the standards and font sizes should be as follow (it's mandatory):

i. Inmetro seal: minimum 2.5 cm x 5.0 cm (the color of the seal depends on the color of the package and must be chosen with orientation of the Certification Bureau).

ii. Inmetro seal (compact): minimum 2.0 cm x 2.0 cm (just can be used when the package has less than 312 cm²).

iii. The age restriction symbol must be at least 10mm in diameter and must be on the most visible side of the package.

iv. The words ATENÇÃO, CUIDADO e ADVERTÊNCIA, must have at least 5 mm height, in bold and capitalized letter and all the other phrases and words must have at least 2 mm height and in capitalized letter.

v. In the phrase about plastic bag (ATENÇÃO! PARA EVITAR O PERIGO DE ASFIXIA, MANTER ESTA EMBALAGEM LONGE DO ALCANCE DAS CRIANÇAS), the word ATENÇÃO must have at least 5 mm height, in bold and capitalized letter and the other words must have at least 3 mm height and in capitalized letter. Please note that this phrase should also be printed on the plastic bag that came with the product.

vi. The age recommendation on the front of the package should follow the following parameter:

a) package up to 30 000 mm², the letter must have a minimum size of 3 mm.

b) package of 30 000 mm² to 150 000 mm², the letter shall be at least 5 mm in size.

c) package with size over 150 000 mm², the letter must have a minimum size of 8 mm.

vii. The font in the information about package content or product size must comply with the following standards:

Area of main view of the product or package (whichever is larger) (cm2) | Minimum height in mm

Less than 40: 2.0 mm

Higher than or equal to 40 and less than 170: 3.0 mm

Higher than or equal to 170 and less than 650: 4.5 mm

Higher than or equal to 650 and less than 2600: 6.0 mm

When the quantitative indication cannot appear in the main view, the size of the characters used must be at least twice as large as that established above.
viii. Make sure all mandatory information is visible to the consumer when the package is assembled. Because of the Brazilian law, all information must be visible to the consumer without having to open or disassemble the package.

ix. If the information doesn't comply with these requirements, we may receive penalties or undergo administrative sanctions by the Inmetro, such as maintenance of certification in shorter periods.

SCHOOL SUPPLIES (PACKAGE)

In addition to the common labeling for all products, the following information must be included:

product name in Portuguese
barcode
reference
country of origin
date of manufacture
age recomendation (eg.: 6+)
age restrictive symbol
warning phrases (as the labeling sent by ST)
Inmetro stamp
raw material (same as the memorial file)
package content

Please note that the standards and font sizes should be as follow:

i. The word ATENÇÃO must be in bold letter and have at least 3 mm height.

ii. The age restriction symbol should be at least 10 mm in diameter, the circle and stroke should be red on a white background and the indication of age group and face contour black.

iii. The age recommendation (eg 6+) must be at least 10 mm height.
iv. The Inmetro seal, in the compact model, should be 20 mm x 20 mm and should be used in packages with an area less than 312cm². If the package is larger than 312cm², the Inmetro seal must be the regular one (at least 50 mm widht).
v. In the items that come in plastic bag, the phrase about plastic bag (ATENÇÃO! CONTÉM SACO PLÁSTICO QUE PODE PROVOCAR ASFIXIA. DESCARTAR O SACO PLÁSTICO ANTES DE ENTREGAR O MATERIAL ESCOLAR À CRIANÇA.), should be printed on the plastic bag and the package. The word ATENÇÃO must be in bolt letter and have at least 3 mm height and the other words must have at least 2 mm height, all in capitalized letter.

vi. Please note that the font size in the product size or package content information should respect the parameters listed below:

TEXTILE PRODUCTS (PACKAGE)

All products that have more than 80% of fabric in their composition should follow the instructions below.

In addition to the common labeling for all products, the following information must be included:

composition (in descending order of participation and with the corresponding percentage)
conservation and cleaning symbols
size or dimension indication

For textile goods, the country of origin information should be in the following standard: “Feito na” or “Fabricado na”, followed by the country of origin.

When more than one item is sold in the package, please add the phrase: "Não podem ser vendidos separadamente".

The conservation and cleaning symbols must be in accordance with the ABNT NM ISO 3758 standard (to access the symbols, click here).
The symbols should be placed in line and the order of the symbols should be: washing, bleaching, machine drying, ironing and professional dry cleaning.
If an alternative of natural drying and professional wet cleaning is included, they must be placed in line with the other symbols and the order becomes: washing, bleaching, tumble drying, natural drying, ironing, professional dry cleaning and professional wet cleaning.

When all conservation and cleaning symbols are declared as not allowed, it's mandatory to include the information: "Produto descartável", that means the product is disposable.

Please note that the standards and font sizes should be as follow:
i. The height of the font of all informations must be 2mm minimum (considering the lower case letter).
ii. The symbols should be inscribed in an imaginary square of at least 16 mm² in area and the additional symbols (Saint Andrew's Cross, one bar, double bar and dots) should not be taken into account in the size of the symbol (they should not be part of the imaginary square). For safety, we recommend that the symbols are at least 36 mm² in area.
iii. If the information doesn't comply with these requirements, we may receive penalties or undergo administrative sanctions by the Inmetro.

TEXTILE PRODUCTS (SEWING LABEL)

METAL PAN (PACKAGE)

In addition to the labeling common to all products, the following information must be included:

1. trademark (same as the one used in the certification process)
2. commercial name of the product
3. reference
4. EAN code
5. regular Inmetro seal (if the product is a not non-stick pan) or adhesion seal (if the product is a non-stick pan)
6. identification of the applicant for certification
7. batch identification (product traceability)
8. volumetric capacity or diameter or length and width
9. indication that the product can not be modified and that all parts should only be replaced by original parts, as well as guidelines, what to do if maintenance is required.
10. utensils should be provided with simple to understand instructions, with recommendations for safe use of the utensil.
11. for coated utensils, in addition to the items listed above, include cleaning and care instructions

Note 1: If the product is sold as a kit and is non-stick, the seal should be placed only on the product and the following phrase should be placed in the package:
Produto contém revestimento antiaderente com classificação = XXXXXX.
A (ótima) - replace XXXXXX for A (ótima) when the product has an A rating
B (boa) - replace XXXXXX for B (boa) when the product has a B rating
C (fraca) - replace XXXXXX for C (fraca) when the product has a C rating
D (nenhuma) - replace XXXXXX for D (nenhuma) when the product has a D rating

Note 2: If the information in items 9, 10 and 11 is in the instruction manual, they don't need to be in the package.

Please note that, as required by Portaria Inmetro 419/2012, the following parameters must be observed on the packaging of cookware and similar:
i. The size of the letters and numbers on the labeling may not be less than 2,0 mm (considering the lower case letter);
ii. The regular Inmetro seal (used when the product is not non-stick) must be at least 50 mm wide;
iii. The adhesion seal (used when the product is a non-stick) must have the parameters informed in this link.
iv. The seal of the Inmetro (regular or adhesion, according to the item) must be placed, in the product.
v. Please note that the font size in the product size or package content information should respect the parameters listed below:

Greater than 200 ml and less than or equal to 1000 ml: 4 mm
Greater than 1000 ml: 6 mm

HOUSEHOLD UTILITIES

In addition to the common labeling for all products, the following information must be included:

1. For household utilities in general, it is necessary to inform if the product can be washed in the dishwasher and used in the microwave.

2. For products that go into the oven and/or stove (including utensils used for cooking), it is necessary to inform the maximum temperature supported.

3. For items whose size influences the purchase decision (eg bottles, mugs, cutting boards, trays, etc.), it is necessary to inform the size or capacity of the product.
